The
Friends of Penn Treaty Park invite you to Champagne
in the Park, our unique and 3rd annual fundraiser for
Philadelphia's most unique park.
Where it all began -
William Penn's legendary Peace Treaty with the Lenape Indians on this
spot in 1682 marked the beginning of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and peaceful relations with the Native Americans, and it was celebrated
throughout the world for generations.
Come celebrate this peace and help preserve our
park and its heritage.
You will enjoy Champagne, Cake and Fine Food amidst the park's sloping
lawns and sweeping vistas of Philadelphia's skyline and the Ben
Franklin Bridge.

and dance to the living jazz legend Butch Ballard and his trio.
